How we handle personal and business data across One9Fintech products, including BillToBook.
Who we are
One9 Fintech Pvt. Ltd. (“One9Fintech”, “we”, “us”) provides business software including BillToBook. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit one9fintech.com, use BillToBook, or contact us.
Information we collect
Account and identity: name, email, mobile number, password (stored hashed), and OTP verification data.
Business records you enter: company/GST profile, invoices, parties, inventory, banks, users, and reports needed to run billing and accounting.
Technical data: device type, app version, IP address, and login session tokens required to keep the service secure.
Support messages: inquiries you send by form, email, or phone.
How we use information
To create and administer your account, provide GST billing, inventory, e-way, reports, and related features.
To authenticate you, prevent fraud, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
To meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations where required under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with infrastructure providers that host One9Fintech products, with government or GST / e-way bill portals you choose to connect, and when required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention, security, and children
Business records are kept while your account is active and as needed for statutory retention. After account deletion we remove or anonymise personal data except records we must keep for law or tax.
We use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our products are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your choices and account deletion
You may update profile data in the product, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your account.
In the BillToBook app: Settings → Delete account, or email us from the registered address. After we verify ownership we delete the account within a reasonable time.
