Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of One9Fintech websites and products, including BillToBook. By creating an account or using the service you agree with One9 Fintech Pvt. Ltd..

The service

We provide cloud software for billing, GST workflows, inventory, and accounting. Features, plans, and pricing may change. Trial access, if offered, is subject to the limits shown at signup.

The software helps you manage books and GST processes. It does not replace a chartered accountant, tax practitioner, or legal advice. You remain responsible for filings and statutory compliance.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate GST, invoice, and books data. Keep login credentials confidential. Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or misuse another organisation’s workspace.

Fees, intellectual property, and liability

Paid plans are billed as displayed in the app or website. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written offer.

The software, branding, and related content remain owned by One9Fintech. You retain rights in the business data you upload.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for tax penalties arising from data you enter.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unpaid invoices, or inactive accounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
